Overspeed Camps
Overspeed training is a technique used to improve athletic performance, speed and explosiveness. It involves training at speeds faster than a player’s normal maximum velocity. The goal is to increase the player's capability to move faster by teaching the body to handle higher speeds and improving coordination. At the Pro Player Hockey Overspeed Camp we will focus on forward and backward skating and crossovers as well as quick starts using both resistance and reaction techniques.
