Refund Policies
Refund policies for each program are listed below. If you have any questions about these policies please contact the club treasurer.
Checking Camps
- Full payment must be made 30 days prior to start of camp in order to secure your athletes spot. - Cancellations more than 30 days before camp start: Full refund minus admin fees - 14–30 days before: full credit voucher. - Less than 14 days before or no-shows: No refund/credit. - Medical cancellations (with doctor's note): Prorated refund or full minus admin fee. - Camp canceled by organizer: Full refund. - Requests must be in writing/email. Always confirm directly with the camp for the most current policy!
Cycling And Exchanges
